Inital first draft was very quick to be delivered. Seller was able to take my request desciption and supplied content and turn it into a visual clip that I was happy with. I was really happy with it. Revisions were acknowledged and addressed along the way. The only issue I had with the seller was the final edit experienced a very long delay in delivery. I would have appreciated a proactive email letting me know there was a problem and to expect a delay. I had to chase seller a few times for an update.
