I requested two gigs in one order. The most important one was not completed. The deadline for my project passed and I just closed the order instead of making more of a fuss. The communication with the seller was challenging. He didn't appear to understand what I was requesting/saying often. It was supposed to be done in one day and I allowed him to extend it to 3. That wasn't the problem. The requested first video that had a specific deadline 36 hours out from original purchase was never completed - the problem. The seller was responsive, but would send 4 or 5 messages back to back just to get my attention ("SIR" "HELLO") instead of being patient and allowing me to follow up as available.
