I make only animated video. this gig is for only animation. if you have a script and storyboard give it to me, I'll make the animation. designing character and background is not included with this gig. If you don't have previously made character and background then either make that by a professional designer or I can make very simple and basic character and background for a few extra bucks. I do not make any voiceover or background music. don't request me to make those.
