Seller's Response:Albert and his team did a great job! They followed our instructions pretty well. We'll be working with them again in the future. If you know how to give instructions to the team to create the video, then they are a great team to work with, you need to be specific on what you need. Some improvement suggestions: - One warning they could have given us would be: "Make sure your script is 100% correct before we send to voice recording" - It's a bit difficult to track the edits. Maybe you can keep the before and after screens still in the document until it's approved.

Seller's Response:We had a quite comprehensive video project and the Albert Animation Team did a really great job. The kept calm although we had quite a lot of changes after the approval of the storyboard. Even a new recording didn't make them nervous... In the end, we got a more than satisfying video. We will definitely work with Albert again.
