:He was always very responsive but the due date kept changing. Instead of being an 8 day project, it took 35 days to complete. Another thing I noticed is that I tried to be as specific with the changes I wanted to make on the video but important details were being left out which had me going back to ask for revisions that I had already made. This happened a few times. The outcome was how I expected.
:He was pretty responsive and good about clarifying things that were misunderstood. He had a good handle on a custom project and did a great job at providing a visual representation of the company's brand. We will definitely look at using him again.
