:It was great. The job was done on time for the cost we agreed. Revisions were completed within a matter of a few hours. Brilliant service - will use it again. The only thing that felt a bit weird is that I have no clue what the name of the artist is and how I should address her (or him?). This had no impact on the quality of the results, however.
