I'm very happy with this gig. I originally asked for a 2D animation video, which the seller produced quickly. I wasn't happy with the result because the animated people were not consistent with the message I was trying to get across. This was not the seller's fault because I did not provide enough direction and she did her best. When I brought up my concerns, she mentioned that an infographic video would be better. She offered to produce one for no extra charge. The infographic video turned out a LOT better and was consistent with my message. It required only one minor revision but this was because I wanted to add something to improve it. I'm extremely happy with the final product!!!
