Seller's Response:He said he could give me a white board animation. The acceptance was based on a page and a half description. He did make an animation; I reviewed it. I asked him to make a change and he attempted to do so; it was not acceptable. I sent the actual page and a half request to him again and explained in more detail what I wanted. Then you, "Fiver" sent me the notice that the job was completed. That was not true. If you all would communicate with your suppliers, then you would know that it wasn't completed. Or if you would read the communications between the animator and me you would know that the project was not complete. He may have made it right but you called it complete.
